Terms of Service
Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026 · Version 4.0
We have written these Terms to be clear and fair. Key commitments: a 7-day money-back guarantee, cancel anytime, AI content as guidance only, and full ownership of your data. This document sets out the full agreement between you and Genesis AI Applications LLC.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Genesis OS you enter a binding agreement with us. Please read carefully.
Genesis AI Applications LLC was established in December 2025, and development of Genesis OS began in January 2026. The Service is in active development, and these Terms govern your use of it as it stands today.
By accessing or using Genesis OS (the "Service", "Genesis OS", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Genesis AI Applications LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to everyone — free tier users, trial users, Founding Members, and paid subscribers across all editions (Essential, Pro, Premium, Ultra) and team plans. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization, in which case "you" refers to that organization.
- You accept these Terms when you create an account, check the agreement box at registration, or continue using the Service after we post updates.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the law requires a guardian's consent, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
- Some features may carry additional terms presented at enrollment; those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference for that feature only.
2. Definitions & Interpretation
Defined terms used throughout these Terms.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Service" | The Genesis OS platform, including web, mobile, and all integrated Boris features |
| "Boris" | The AI copilot inside Genesis OS that generates missions, coaching, insights, and creative output |
| "User Content" | Anything you create, upload, or submit through the Service |
| "AI Content" | Content generated by Boris or other AI features |
| "Subscription" | A recurring paid plan (Essential, Pro, Premium, Ultra) billed monthly or annually |
| "AI usage" | Daily AI request allowances and action caps included with plans |
| "Founding Member" | A purchaser of the limited-time Founding Member offer |
| "Creator" | A user approved into the Genesis OS creator/affiliate program |
| "Marketplace" | The venue within the Service where users list, sell, trade, or give away items and creations |
| "Third-Party Service" | Any external service you connect to the Service via integration |
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation." The singular includes the plural where the context allows.
3. Eligibility
Who may use Genesis OS and who may purchase paid plans.
| Action | Minimum age |
|---|---|
| Using the Service (general) | 16 years (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) |
| Purchasing a paid Subscription | 18 years (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) |
| Joining the Creator/Affiliate Program | 18 years |
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your registration information is truthful and accurate. You may not use the Service if you have been previously removed or if you are located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited by law or applicable sanctions. We may terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.
4. Description of the Service
What Genesis OS is, and the important limits of what it can do.
Genesis OS is an AI operating system for life, work, goals, and creation. It provides AI-generated daily missions, habit and streak tracking, goal management, strategic planning, journaling, analytics, fitness and nutrition tracking, learning tools, social and community features, a marketplace, a creative workshop, connected banking, smart-home controls, and related features (the "Features").
Not a guarantee of outcomes
The Service is a productivity and support tool. It does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, income, health improvements, or personal transformations. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions.
We may add, modify, or discontinue Features at any time. Where a material removal affects a paid plan, we will communicate it in advance where reasonably practicable and may offer a pro-rated remedy where required by law.
5. Your Account
Account registration, security responsibilities, and verification.
- You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
- You must notify us immediately at support@genesis-applications.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We support optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) and strongly recommend enabling it.
Account security is your responsibility
You are liable for activity under your account until you notify us of a compromise. We are not liable for losses from your failure to secure your credentials, including weak passwords or sharing access.
We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, fail verification, or violate these Terms. We may verify your identity from time to time to protect the integrity of the Service.
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
Plans, pricing, auto-renewal, taxes, and price changes.
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans with daily AI request allowances, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. The pricing page is the authoritative description of current plans, prices, and usage limits.
| Billing aspect | How it works |
|---|---|
| Billing frequency | Monthly plans bill each cycle; annual plans bill once per year, upfront at a discount over monthly |
| Auto-renewal | Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel |
| Receipts | You receive an email receipt for every charge |
| Payment processor | Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1) — we never store your full card details |
| Currency | All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise |
| Taxes | Exclusive of applicable taxes, added at checkout based on your jurisdiction (see §12) |
6.1 Price changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price increase, you may cancel before it takes effect; canceling stops the increase from applying to you.
7. Free Trials, Promotions & Founding Member Offer
Promotional offers, free trials, promo codes, and the limited Founding Member program.
7.1 Free trials
- New users may receive a time-limited free trial as displayed during registration.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- At trial end, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe.
- If a payment method is collected at trial start, you will be charged at trial end unless you cancel before that date.
- We will send a reminder email at least 3 days before any trial-end charge.
- Trials are limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited and may result in termination.
7.2 Promo codes & discounts
Promo codes (including creator/affiliate codes) apply the discount described at redemption. Codes are subject to their stated limits (max redemptions, per-user limits, expiry) and may be modified or disabled at any time. A discount code applied at checkout is honored for the transaction in which it is used; recurring discounts continue only for the duration stated on the code.
7.3 Founding Member offer
Founding Members
The Founding Member offer is a limited prestige membership (capped at 1,000 members) that includes Personal Ultra access plus founder privileges while membership remains continuously active. Founding benefits are perks — not ownership, equity, governance rights, or guaranteed lifetime free products. Benefits are described on the offer page. The offer is non-refundable after the standard 7-day money-back window, except where required by law. Memberships are personal and may not be resold or transferred. The locked founding price applies only while membership remains continuously active.
8. AI Usage & Request Limits
How daily AI request allowances work and what happens when you hit a limit.
AI-powered features — including chat, mission generation, journal analysis, goal strategy, content generation, image and media generation, and other AI-driven capabilities — count toward your plan’s daily request allowance and, where applicable, per-action caps (for example video or music).
| Usage rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| What counts as a request | An AI action that invokes a model or media generation, as disclosed in-product |
| Premium models / media | May count more heavily or use separate action caps, disclosed before generation |
| Daily allowance | Resets at midnight UTC; unused requests do not roll over |
| Rate limits | Per-minute and per-action caps protect service stability and fair use |
| Transferability | Allowances are non-transferable between accounts |
| Refunds | Usage allowances are non-refundable except as part of a subscription refund within the 7-day window |
| Plan changes | Daily limits adjust when your plan change takes effect |
When you reach your daily or action limit, AI features become limited until the next reset or until you upgrade. Non-AI features remain available regardless of AI usage.
9. Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes
How mid-cycle changes are billed.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you pay only for the upgraded time remaining in your current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your current features until then.
- Daily AI request allowances and action caps adjust on the effective date of the plan change.
- Switching between monthly and annual billing follows the same proration logic where applicable.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
How to cancel, when charges stop, and our money-back guarantee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@genesis-applications.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
10.1 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact support@genesis-applications.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies once per user and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
| Scenario | Refund eligibility |
|---|---|
| Within 7 days of first paid charge | Full refund on request |
| After 7 days, monthly plan, mid-cycle cancel | No refund for the partial period (access until period end) |
| Annual plan cancelled after 7-day window | No pro-rated refund unless required by law |
| One-time shop purchases | Refundable only within the 7-day window and only if unused/unfulfilled |
| Chargebacks raised without first contacting us | May result in account suspension |
Consumer law overrides
Where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you a stronger right to a refund (for example, EU/UK statutory cancellation rights for distance contracts), that law applies and is not overridden by these Terms.
11. Failed Payments & Dunning
What happens when a payment fails.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and your account enters a grace period (typically 7 days) during which you retain access. We will retry the payment during this period. If the payment is not collected within the grace period, your account reverts to the free tier.
You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruption resulting from non-payment. Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of billing-related features until a valid method is on file.
12. Taxes
Who is responsible for taxes on subscriptions and marketplace activity.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your jurisdiction where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your use of the Service or on transactions you complete through the Marketplace. If you are required to self-assess tax (for example, use tax), you must do so. We may change tax treatment in response to changes in law or our tax registrations.
13. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
What AI content is, its limits, and your responsibility when acting on it.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models (including from third-party providers) to generate missions, strategies, recommendations, feedback, coaching, and creative output. You acknowledge and agree that:
- 1All AI Content is produced by statistical models and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
- 2AI Content is provided as guidance only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
- 3You should always apply your own judgment and verify critical information before acting on AI Content.
- 4Boris does not have consciousness, feelings, or understanding — it generates probabilistic text based on patterns.
- 5AI Content is labeled as such within the platform.
- 6We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI Content.
High-stakes decisions
Do not rely on AI Content for medical, legal, financial, safety, or investment decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for consequential matters.
14. Health, Fitness & Wellness Disclaimer
The Service is informational, not medical.
The Service includes fitness, nutrition, wellness, and mood-tracking features. These are informational tools only. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental-health, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, changing your diet, taking supplements, or making decisions about your physical or mental health.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
- Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of content presented in the Service.
15. Financial Information Disclaimer
Connected banking and financial features are tools, not financial advice.
The Service may display account balances, transactions, recurring-subscription detection, budgeting, and net-worth tracking based on data you connect via Stripe Financial Connections or enter manually. These features are informational and organizational tools only.
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
- Detected recurring charges and spending summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
- We do not access your bank login credentials; we retrieve data through Stripe Financial Connections under your authorization.
- You are solely responsible for verifying your financial data and for any financial decisions you make.
Not a fiduciary
Genesis OS and Boris are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. Always consult a licensed professional for investment and tax decisions.
16. User Content & License
You own your content; you give us a limited license to operate the Service.
"User Content" means anything you create, upload, or submit through the Service — journal entries, goals, notes, files, posts, comments, messages, marketplace listings, and creative projects. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service for you.
16.1 Publicly shared content
For User Content you deliberately share publicly (social posts, community messages, public marketplace listings, shared projects), you additionally grant us the right to display that content to other users as directed by your sharing settings, and to other users a limited license to view and interact with it per the Service's functionality.
16.2 Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly post violating content.
17. Creator & Affiliate Program
Optional program where creators earn commission on sales made with their codes.
Approved creators receive an affiliate promo code. When a buyer uses a creator's code at checkout, the buyer receives a discount and the creator earns a commission on the purchase. Participation is governed by the program terms presented at enrollment and the following baseline rules:
- You must apply and be approved to become a Creator. Approval is at our discretion.
- Commission is calculated as a percentage of the purchase amount as configured on your code.
- Commissions are tracked via redemption records and paid out to the PayPal email on your application, on the payout schedule communicated to you.
- Commissions on refunded or chargebacked purchases are reversed.
- You must not self-redeem your own code, create fake accounts, or use deceptive promotion.
- We may revoke a code, adjust commission rates, or remove you from the program for violations.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commission income.
Payout terms
Payout thresholds, schedules, and supported methods are communicated in the Creator Dashboard. We may update payout terms with notice. Unclaimed payouts after an extended period may be forfeited per the terms communicated to you.
18. Marketplace Terms
The Marketplace is a venue; you transact at your own risk.
The Service includes a Marketplace where users may list, sell, trade, or give away items, services, and digital creations. All listings pass an automated legality and safety review before going live; we may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
We are a venue only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between users. We make no warranties regarding listings, and we do not guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the legality of the items or services offered.
- You must complete transactions you commit to and comply with applicable tax obligations.
- Prohibited listings include anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, regulated without proper authorization, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Exercise appropriate caution when transacting with other users, particularly for in-person pickup or high-value items.
19. Community & Social Features
Conduct standards and moderation in social, community, and collaboration features.
The Service includes social feeds, communities, messaging, and collaboration features. When using these features you must treat others with respect and comply with the Acceptable Use terms (§20).
- We use a combination of automated moderation (including AI screening) and human review to enforce community standards.
- We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- You can report content or users through in-product reporting tools.
- We are not responsible for User Content posted by others, and interactions with other users are at your own risk.
20. Acceptable Use Policy
Activities that are prohibited on the Service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
| Prohibited activity | Why |
|---|---|
| Using the Service for any unlawful purpose | Legal compliance |
| Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code | Protects our IP and security |
| Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data | Protects other users and the platform |
| Circumventing usage limits, quotas, or rate limiting | Fairness and stability |
| Sharing your account or reselling access | Accounts are personal |
| Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, harassing, or hateful content | User safety |
| Impersonating another person or entity | Identity integrity |
| Uploading malware or compromising security | Platform protection |
| Using automated means to create accounts (except documented APIs) | Abuse prevention |
| Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service | Availability |
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. We may also pursue technical and legal remedies to prevent abuse.
21. Third-Party Services & Integrations
You connect external services at your own discretion.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts and services (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, smart-home platforms, and payment providers). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- You authorize us to access and process data from connected services solely to provide the Features you enable.
- You may disconnect an integration at any time, which stops new data syncing.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
- An interruption in a third-party service does not constitute a breach of these Terms by us.
22. Intellectual Property
Our rights in the Service; the limited license we grant you.
The Service and all associated content, branding, technology, algorithms, software, and platform features are the intellectual property of Genesis AI Applications LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Genesis AI Applications LLC is actively developing and protecting its proprietary technology and intellectual property. This includes the Genesis OS platform architecture, the Boris copilot system, our orchestration and simulation engines, and our proprietary methods, models, and interfaces. We actively monitor for and enforce against infringement, misappropriation, and unauthorized replication of our technology.
Genesis™, Genesis OS, the Genesis logo, and Boris are trademarks of Genesis AI Applications LLC. You may not use our marks, name, or branding — including in product names, domains, app listings, or promotional material — without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable fair-use law.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
AI Content you generate is yours to use subject to these Terms and the rights of any underlying providers; you may not claim that AI Content is human-authored where the law requires disclosure.
23. Feedback
How we may use your suggestions.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. We welcome feedback through in-product support tools or at support@genesis-applications.com.
24. Beta & Experimental Features
Pre-release features carry extra risk.
We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features, labeled as such. Beta features:
- Are provided "as-is" and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- May be less reliable than generally available features.
- May be subject to additional terms presented at enrollment.
Your use of beta features is at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for data loss or issues arising from beta features, and we encourage you not to rely on them for critical workflows.
25. Privacy & Your Data
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle AI processing, data storage, cookies and consent, data sharing, retention, and your rights (including access, export, and deletion).
You can manage cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link, and export or delete your data from your account settings. Disputes about personal data are addressed in the Privacy Policy and may be raised with your local Data Protection Authority.
26. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
How to report infringement, and our repeat-infringer policy.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a notice, email support@genesis-applications.com including:
- 1Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- 2Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service.
- 3Your contact information.
- 4A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- 5A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- 6Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice may result in liability under applicable law.
27. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST. AI CONTENT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Where mandatory warranties apply, they are not excluded by these Terms.
28. Limitation of Liability
Caps on our liability to you.
Liability cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS AI APPLICATIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim; or (b) $100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction).
29. Indemnification
When you must defend us against claims arising from your use.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genesis AI Applications LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your User Content.
- Your marketplace listings or transactions.
- Your violation of any law or third-party right.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
30. Term & Termination
How your relationship with us ends, and what survives.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with notice where reasonably practicable.
- Grounds for immediate termination without notice include fraudulent activity, serious violations of these Terms, or actions that may harm other users or the platform.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
- Data retention post-termination follows our Privacy Policy (30-day retention then deletion, subject to legal hold requirements).
- Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — survive any termination.
31. Suspension & Access Restrictions
When we may temporarily restrict access.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service or specific features where we reasonably believe:
- You have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
- There is suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity on your account.
- A payment has failed and remains unresolved beyond the grace period.
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, or a legal process.
We will restore access as soon as the underlying issue is resolved where appropriate. We are not liable for any loss arising from a suspension that was reasonable under the circumstances.
32. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Delaware law, individual arbitration, and your consumer-law carve-outs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
32.1 Informal resolution first
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation — contact support@genesis-applications.com. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute proceeds to arbitration as below.
32.2 Binding arbitration
Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in English, on an individual basis. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could, but may not award relief to anyone other than you.
32.3 Class action waiver
You waive any right to bring disputes as a class, collective, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction, and you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
EU / UK consumer carve-out
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence (including any non-waivable right to bring claims in your local courts) take precedence over the arbitration and class-waiver provisions to the extent they are not permitted under those laws. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If you reside in a jurisdiction that does not permit mandatory arbitration or class waivers, those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
33. Changes to These Terms
How we update the Terms and what it means for you.
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect (or immediately if required by law).
- The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and the version number helps you track changes.
- Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you disagree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before they take effect.
34. General Provisions
Standard legal boilerplate that keeps things working.
| Provision | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Entire Agreement | These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service |
| Severability | If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect |
| Waiver | Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision |
| Assignment | You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets |
| Force Majeure | We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, third-party outages, governmental actions) |
| Export Compliance | You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws |
| Notices | We may provide notices via email, in-app notification, or by posting to the Service |
| Relationship | You and we are independent contractors; no partnership, joint venture, or agency is created |
